We have been anxiously anticipating the hatching of the eggs. We couldn't wait to see the cute little babies.
The other day, they began to hatch.
We were so excited about getting to watch them grow up.
Then, something strange happened.
We went to the house one day and looked in the nest. No babies. No shells. No Betsy.
We are not sure what happened to our little birdies. The nest is the only thing left of them...
